For the last year I grew and foraged 100% of my food. No grocery stores, no restaurants, not even a drink at a bar. Nature was my garden, my pantry and my pharmacy. Rob Greenfield is an independent adventurer, environmental activist, filmmaker and humanitarian. Among his projects is the The Food Waste Fiasco, a campaign to end food waste and hunger in the US. He has cycled across the US three times on a bamboo bicycle as a way to bring his message of sustainability and earth-friendly living to the United States. His first bike ride across the US is the basis of his book, "Dude Making a Difference".
